Onboarding Next Steps
We’re excited to start working together! Below is a checklist of the information we’ll need to get things set up and running smoothly. Providing this info upfront will speed up the process and help us deliver results faster. If you’re not sure how to complete any of these steps, no worries—we’ve got helpful resources linked, and you can always reach out for support.
This might take some time so save this link if you need to finish it later!
Access to Your Domain Registrar
Your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains) is where your website’s domain is registered. We’ll need access to manage domain settings, such as DNS records, to ensure everything integrates correctly with your new system.
- If you’re unsure how to grant access, click here for a helpful guide.
- Please grant access to: coach@stacy.kim.
Membership Management Software
This is the system you use to manage memberships, billing, and payments (e.g., PushPress). We need admin access to review membership information and payment links to ensure everything is transferred and integrated properly into the new system.
- Add stacy@feelstrong.co as an admin user.
Current CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System
If you’re using a CRM to store customer data and plan to migrate to a new system, we’ll need admin access to transfer your existing data. This ensures a smooth transition without losing important client details or history.
- Please add stacy@feelstrong.co as an admin user in your CRM.
Zapier Account Setup
Zapier connects different software systems, automating workflows to save you time and reduce manual work. We’ll use it to create seamless integrations between your tools.
- Set up a Zapier account, and share the login details with us.
